How long until I receive my order?
We usually process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after:
1. We receive your payment (approval of the credit card on your electronic or faxed order form, or receipt of your check in the mail)
2. We receive your 501(c)(3) documentation (first time orders only) via fax (415-512-0309), or mail. If you have ordered from us before, you do not need to re-fax your
501(c)(3).
When this process is complete, we'll ship your order by the method you select on your order form. More information about shipping.

Our organization/ school needs advice on what kind of software to get, how to install it, or how to use it . . . can I call CompuMentor for help?
Because the Software Program is only a small part of the services CompuMentor offers, we are not staffed to answer individual technical questions over the phone. However, CompuMentor does have a Mentoring Program that provides technical assistance, including needs assessment, with the help of volunteer computer experts.
