| LanAnh Hoang, Director of Human Resources |
LanAnh Hoang joined TechSoup / CompuMentor in December 2007 as the
Director of Human Resources and feels honored to support the
organization's mission as well as to be surrounded by dedicated,
diverse, intelligent, and talented staff. As Director of Human
Resources, she is responsible for providing HR strategies and leadership
to ensure the growth of organizational capabilities within TechSoup /
CompuMentor. LanAnh has over 10 years of Human Resources experience
(recruitment and hiring, compensation, benefits, policies and
procedures, performance management, employee relations, and
development/training), and eight of these years were in Bay Area
non-profits. Prior to TechSoup, LanAnh most recently worked at San
Francisco Opera; KQED Public Broadcasting (NPR / PBS); a finance &
accountant consulting firm; and a technology company. She began her
university studies in Broadcast Journalism and graduated with a
Bachelor's of Science in Social Sciences and a concentration in
Organizations / Business from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
LanAnh is intrigued with the art of storytelling from all forms of media
and technology. She occupies herself with shooting photos and videos.
Other interests include documentaries, independent films, live band
performances, traveling, cooking, sports, poker, dominoes, pool, and
video games. LanAnh is also teaching herself to play bass and is
inspired by rock, jazz, blues, folk, reggae, 80's, metal, and old-school
rap. She and her partner are currently focusing on home improvement
projects where they reside in the Potrero Hill district of San
Francisco.

| Tanilee Eichelberger, Finance Assistant |
Tanilee works with John and Antonio in the finance department. She has spent the past three years in South America overseeing the financial management of an international non-profit organization in Peru and serving on the Board of Directors for the American and Canadian Association of Peru. Prior to Lima, she was managing a volunteer placement program in the Andes. Tanilee enjoys travel, working on the start up of her import/export business, volunteering with Global Exchange, afro-latin dance classes and nature.

Jon assists Maggie with the HR duties of the office. These duties include recruitment, benefits, workers' compensation, medical leaves, and other tasks associated with HR.
Jon joined CompuMentor in October of 2005, and is quite happy that he is working at such a great company! Some of Jon's hobbies include playing music (guitar), playing basketball, and fine wine and food!

| Jeff Hodos, Chief Financial Officer |
Jeff oversees all aspects of the accounting, finance, legal, human resources, facilities, and administration departments for Compumentor. With over 20 years of financial management experience in the technology sector, Jeff offers a broad background in finance and business processes for high-growth organization. He has held a number of senior management positions for both early-stage ventures and Fortune 1000 companies, including Sybase, OnDisplay, and KMERA, where he was a founding member and CFO. Most recently, Jeff has been a Consulting CFO for early and late stage private technology ventures. Prior to that, he had a similar role with GetActive Software, an ASP provider of membership management software, servicing over 500 non-profit customers, including American Lung Association, Planned Parenthood, and the University of California. Jeff has a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of California and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Jeff has two children, one in elementary school and one pre-teen, who keep him very busy with homework and social activities. In addition, he helps coach little league, is an avid baseball fan, enjoys jazz, and swims a few times a week.

John is master of all things financial. He has run finance & operations for a number of start-up consumer-oriented tech companies in the Bay Area. When not frightening his coworkers w/ spreadsheets, he enjoys reading, hiking and sitting in the backyard watching his wiener dogs chase his daughter.

At CompuMentor, Joe is in charge of Front Desk/Reception. His background is in Hospitality and the Restaurant Business, as well as mail order catalog customer service. He enjoys people, friends & extended family, loves laughing, cooking and being out in Nature. He has one kid (4 legged) named Tahoe, they live in Oakland around Lake Merritt. B&W photography, ceramics and hiking are his hobbies Dujour.
